• We are required by law to charge sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses in North Carolina.
• polish&co has accurately displayed the color to its best. Please note that monitors display colors differently based on their settings. Please feel free to contact polish&co by email for assistance.
• Polish & Co. may cancel your order, or parts of your order due to not processing backorders. We will contact you via email and you will be refunded. Once the color is in stock we will notify you by email however your remaining order will be shipped.
• We reserve the right to refuse to process an order due to suspected fraud, or unauthorized and illegal activity. We also reserve the right to cancel any account and refuse to ship to certain addresses due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity.
• We cannot ship to PO Boxes or A.P.O. Box Addresses. You must have a valid street address.
• polish&co only ships within the unsatisfied USA
• If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us at info@polishandcompany.com within 10 days of receiving your merchandise. polish&co will issue you a merchandise credit. We are not responsible for return shipping. The product cannot be more than ten (10%) used by volume for a complete merchandise credit.
• Damaged or defective products should be reported immediately upon delivery by email at info@polishandcompany.com within 5 days of receiving the merchandise. To ensure a quick resolution, of a photo, please keep the box, packing materials, and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier. polish&co is not liable for any injuries handling damaged products.
• polish&co reserves the right to make changes to our policies at any time. We encourage you to periodically review our policies so that you will be informed.
