We offer exchange only within the first 14 days of your purchase, if 14 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a credit and/or exchange of any kind.
2 ways for easy return
Option 1:
- Log into your customer account
- Find the order you wish to return
- Clicking the Return Items link
- You must specify the Qty To Return, Return Reason, and Return Action.
- Option to leave a message
- You will receive an email confirmation.
Option 2:
- Purchased without creating an account
- Email info@polishandcompany.com with the purchase number and reason for the return.
- RA number will be emailed to your email address.
- Ship the merchandise in its original condition with the purchase order.
- You are responsible for all shipping cost
- You must write the RA# on the outside of the box (please do not ship the box without an RA number).
- Credit will be issued once the product is returned and processed to the email address the order was placed.
Eligibility for Credit and Exchanges:
- Your item(s) must be unused, with all tags attached, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Only regular-priced items may be returned, sale items cannot be refunded.
- Beauty products and jewelry are FINAL SALE.
- If the item(s) in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
