- This website is directed to adults; it is not directed to children under the age of 13. We operate our site in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, and will not knowingly collect or use personal information from anyone under 13 years of age.
- You must be 18 years of age to purchase from this website.
- We are required by law to charge sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses in North Carolina.
- If you prefer not to use your credit card online, you may order by phone by calling us direct at 336-285-9911
- Polish & Co. has accurately display the color to its best. Please note that monitors display colors differently based on their setting. Please feel free to contact Polish & Co. by phone for assistance.
- Polish & Co. may cancel your order, or parts of your order due to not processing backorders. We will contact you via email and you will be refunded. Once the color is in stock we will notify you by email however your remaining order will be shipped.
- We reserve the right to refuse to process an order due to suspected fraud, unauthorized and illegal activity. We also reserve the right to cancel any account and refuse to ship to certain addresses due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity.
- We cannot ship to PO Boxes or A.P.O. Box Addresses. You must have a valid street address.
- Polish & Co. ships international please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us at email@example.com within 5 days of receiving your merchandise. Polish & Co will issue you a merchandise credit. We are not responsible for return shipping. Product cannot be more than ten (10%) used by volume for a complete merchandise credit.
- Damaged or defective products should be reported immediately upon delivery by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or phone 336-285-9911 within 5 days of receiving merchandise. To assure a prompt resolution, a photo, please keep the box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier. Polish & Co is not liable for any injuries handling damaged product.
Steps in Returning Product
- Email email@example.com with purchase number and reason for the return.
- RA number will be emailed to your email address.
- Ship the merchandise in the original condition and packaging with the purchase order.
- You must right the RA# on the outside of the box (please do not ship the box without an RA number).
- Send the box to Polish & Co., 236 S. Elm Street Suite F, Greensboro, NC 27401 ATTN: RETURNS
- Credit will be issued once the product is returned.
- Polish & Co. reserves the right to make changes to our policies at any time. We encourage you to periodically review our policies so that you will be informed.
